Experience OBX was born when an outer banks-lovin family realized how much there is to see and do on the islands and how difficult it is for visitors to see it all during their vacation. We realized if pre-mapped tours were available visitors can see, do and learn more in less time.
Our family loves to travel and learn about the history, culture and environment any where we go, but because we are a large family with different likes and time clocks, we like to do it on our own time and at our own pace. Therefore, Experience OBX was born for those out there that love to learn and have a fun experience at their own pace.
We love the beach, and can’t compete with the big bright ball in the sky, but if you’re like us, you like to engage in educational and fun activities too. Our tours were developed to suit almost any personality from the “I want it all” family to the nature nuts or shopping divas. Our tours are great for individuals, couples or families and perfect for adults, teens and kids.
